Delivery Timeframes:
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 calendar working days, except for pre-order items.

Pre-order items will have specific delivery timelines mentioned in the product description.

Delivery Charges:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping at Super Mojo.  If you need to return an item, please review our refund policy for guidance.

Eligibility for Returns:
You have 10 calendar working days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging as you received.

Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, bank account details and proof of purchase.


Refund 
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request and receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and we may cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
